Zale Holdings was founded by Zale's family to serve as an investment company focused on acquiring, improving, and operating commercial real estate properties in the United States. Zale’s service lines currently encompass property and asset management; investment and loan sale advisory, space planning and design, construction and project management. Zale provides strategic direction to build diverse teams of professionals who bring their own perspective and creative solutions to solve the most complex real estate issues. Company is known for its ongoing innovation, creativity and entrepreneurial vision. We oversee the asset management portfolio, which includes more than 15 million square feet of commercial properties and over 13,000 multi-family residential units. Today Zale has presents on three different continents and is invested in various businesses such as manufacturing, construction, real estate, energy, lending and technology.

Marta M. Zale, CPA (President, Zale Holdings)

Marta M. Zale, CPA, is the President of Zale Holdings. Marta is a highly accomplished finance and accounting professional with more than 20 years of experience. During her career, Mrs. Zale has been involved with more than $20 billion in real estate transactions on a national scale, including core, value add and development projects.
Prior to joining Zale Holdings, Marta Zale spend eight years at JetBlue Airways overseeing the company's accounting team and over eight years in public accounting with Deloitte and BDO Seidman, with focus on audits of financial statements in various business sectors including manufacturers, bio-tech, media, wholesale and retail distribution businesses.
Mrs. Zale is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mihila Panthiyegedara (CTO)

Mithila Panthiyegedara leads the company’s technological vision and innovation strategy. With over 15 years of experience in software development, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies, drives digital transformation and ensures the alignment of tech initiatives with business goals. Known for his expertise in Software development, e-Commerce. Mithila is passionate about building high-performance teams and scalable solutions that foster growth and efficiency.

With a strong background in asset strategy and capital markets, Emilia Varek brings a meticulous and data-driven approach to managing real estate portfolios at Zale Holdings.
